Product review: Sea Pack salmon burgers

Trying these tonight. I got them on special, great deal, too. (http://ctonabudget.blogspot.com/2013/03/affording-meatfish-proteins-in-our-diet.html) My out of door price was $4.24 for this 4 count package, normally $7.99.

Ingredients are good: salmon, water, yeast extraxt, canola oil, garlic powder, grill flavor from sunflower oim lemon juice concentrate, beet juice and citric acid for natural color, natural smoke flavor, onion powder paprika, rosemary, salt, soybean oil, tapioca dextrin, white pepper. Simply bake these 9 minutes in the table top, convection oven. I am serving these on toasted, marked down Kaiser rolls from the store bakery, with Romaine lettuce, homemade zuke relish tartar sauce. Side of a small cup of leftover baked beans and a really small sample of leftover beets (about 4 sliced pieces)

I like the Sea Pack products as well. Their Maryland style crab cakes are about the best frozen ones I have found, but pricey. Two crabcakes can be had for $7.99 on sale, less $1 coupon. Used to go on sale for $4.99 but haven't seen that for a few months now. They aren't huge, either, but they make a good treat instead of eating out.
