Fish on Monday

 Got home 30 minutes before supper was to be on the table. No problem, I got the rice started, then got the peppers and onions for the green bean saute going.
 Next, I prepped and baked off the horseradish encrusted Tilapia, using the table top, convection oven.
My version of a 30 minute meal. Tasty!
