Thursday pasta night
Homemade Italian sausage pasta sauce, using organic, CSA frozen peppers, scallions, celery out of the freezer, a qt of home canned CSA tomatoes, spices, a 29 oz crash n burn can of crushed tomatoes. I planned on farfalle, but we used it all up, so medium shells it was.
Green bean saute using more fzn organic CSA peppers and fresh CSA garlic, onions.
My dinner plate, including some garlic bread I made out of a store bakery loaf of presliced, Italian style bread. The other 1/2 of the loaf is prepped, wrapped in foil and in the freezer.
