Planning ahead

I will be cooking supper on Thursday, after work and a meeting, but it's a quick to put together one: Kale-Chicken sausage Impossible pie aka crustless quiche, a recipe that has gotten pushed a few times off of the menu lately. Organic Kale from last year's CSA, pricey sausage bought on sale plus coupon, homemde "Bisquick", free eggs make this very affordable for me. I've dug these items out of the deep freezer, to defrost overnight; planning ahead for tomorrow.
