Lenten fish fry
Came home this afternoon and promptly mixed up the coleslaw for tonight's fish fry. While I'd love to attend the fish fry at the local church, that would set me back $30 for 4, so not this year. We have plenty at home.
Canned corn, homemade oven fries, and beer battered Whiting fillets (fish defrosted while I was at work) served with homemade tartar sauce made of mayo and my home canned zucchini relish, lemon wedges.
