Fish on Friday

 I baked off  one portion of the applewood smoked salmon portions that I recently bought @ $1.99/2 servings so this is $1
 sale priced, store brand potato tots also baked alongside the fish (planned overs for tomorrow morning's omelette)
 No veggie as I had a hankering for a big salad: Organic baby lettuce greens, tomato, black olives, pickles with homemade Dorothy Lynch dressing
Tonight's version of fish n chips. Delicious!
