Crock pot Thursday: beef and bean chilli

1 lb ground beef
2 pints organic CSA home canned tomatoes
one large onion, chopped
chilli powder
2 cans light kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Been cooking since 5:30 this morning.



 Just whipped up a homemade batch of Southern style buttermilk cornbread to accompany it. Smells great!

Yum! We're supposed to have split pea soup tomorrow, but looking at your chili makes me want to change the menu.
