Wednesday night leftovers
A planned over tuna cake with home made "lite" tartar sauce made from my homemade, organic CSA zucchini relish, 4 onion rings, corn, roasted carrots and celery. Fridge looks better, food waste is avoided, I am fed. A triple win. Just me on Wed as kidlets have dinner time visitation with Dad before returning home.
