A quick dinner

 Leftovers, assembled ahead earlier this week: creamed salmon and peas with mashed potatoes; alongside a simple salad of Romaine, tomato, pickles with the rest of the Dorothy Lynch dressing.
I even had a Valentine's Day cupcake along with my hot tea.

Work, meeting after work, Ash Wednesday service at Church. Busy day.
