A little bit of this and a little bit of that
About 1/3 of a bag of mixed vegetables, combined with about the same amount of a bag of frozen peas and carrots are to become tonight's vegetable selection.
3 fillets of Tilapia now defrosting, will be baked off in the tabletop mini convection oven.
Side salad and warmed up, planned over white rice from last night will complete the meal. Assorted choices for dessert seekers.
